Returns & Exchange Policy

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn't right, let us know. The product can be exchanged for colour, size, or another style as well, if it is in stock. You just have to inform us of change required within 48 hours of receipt of product.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange. You need to inform us of the issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt of product. The returned merchandise should reach us within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once received, the customer care team at Archana Karthick would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.

If you do not wish for an exchange then the refund will only be in the form of Credit Note. The Credit Note will have to be used within 6 months of the date mentioned in the same.

EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 10 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.

Please follow these simple steps to return your purchase:

• On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
• Wait for receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us.
• Pack your return securely in the original package, if possible, and include your completed invoice.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR ORDERS THAT ARE CUSTOMIZED OR MADE TO ORDER FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON THE WEBSITE.
